Sierra Capital was formed in 2003 to provide multifamily investors the most dependable and solution oriented mortgage financial services in the West. As an apartment lending platform staffed by seasoned professionals, Sierra Capital worked diligently to add value through efficiency, specialization and competitive lending program options. Today is also a proud day for all of at Sierra Capital Partners as we begin our new relationship with CWCapital. The entire Sierra Capital Team has joined CWCapital to serve as the company’s West Coast apartment lending platform specialists.
